It is with pleasure that I welcome you to the Ursula Frayne Catholic College website. If you are a first-time visitor, I hope the experience gives you a sense of Frayne and our Mercy tradition, and that you will be encouraged to visit our campuses to meet our students and experience the College in operation.
As a recipient of a Catholic education with now over forty years of experience working in Catholic schools, I retain a passionate commitment to ensuring our learning and faith sharing community is an authentic and vibrant Catholic school. As a parent and a grandparent, I also empathise with those discerning which school to entrust their children.
We are extremely proud of the 120 years of achievement and traditions established by the dedicated families and staff, in collaboration with the Sisters of Mercy. The College offers an education for life, one that values mind, body and spirit.
As a Catholic school community, we also offer our students several very important challenges – to develop a deeper awareness of themselves, of God and of others and to live lives more fully based on the values taught by Jesus. Excellent staff, facilities, grounds and resources at each of our two campuses provide ample opportunity for students to excel in areas of curriculum, leadership and the sporting, cultural and religious life of the College.
I hope that each student will consciously strive to develop an enthusiasm for learning and for deriving from each school day the very best results according to his or her potential. As such, all members of our community are committed to the total development of each individual student, and to assist them in achieving their goals.
I trust that you enjoy browsing through our website and come to know what we value at Frayne. Should you require further information about our learning and faith sharing community, or to attend a College Tour, I invite you to contact our Enrolments Officer, Jessica Oxley via email@example.com / 9470 0902.
